Description

• Responsible for liaising with company partners and their workforce to provide technical support.
• Responsible for cascading information and updates related to the business products, programs campaigns and other initiatives.
• Managing the feedbacks from customers and frontliners by consolidating and summarizing the data.

• In charge of data collection for the performance management system and for analysis purposes and data comparison.
• Develop and maintain system for performance management by gathering feedbacks on the trade-in progress in stores, understanding market trends and determining area of improvements to drive the business
• Responsible for presenting the summary of the performance analysis and performance review and providing solutions and recommendations for business improvements.
• In charge or managing and facilitating the training on the latest campaigns and initiatives by preparing training decks, conduct refresher course and assess their understanding.

• Responsible for maintaining good rapport with partners and their workforce by engaging them on a regular basis, sharing on the latest campaigns and initiatives, and obtaining insights into the market trends and customer’s feedback.
• Provide support to the business units initiatives and projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time as required by the Line Manager
