Responsible for liaising with company partners and their workforce to provide technical support.
Responsible for cascading information and updates related to the business products, programs campaigns and other initiatives.
Managing the feedbacks from customers and frontliners by consolidating and summarizing the data.
In charge of data collection for the performance management system and for analysis purposes and data comparison.
Develop and maintain system for performance management by gathering feedbacks on the trade-in progress in stores, understanding market trends and determining area of improvements to drive the business
Responsible for presenting the summary of the performance analysis and performance review and providing solutions and recommendations for business improvements.
In charge or managing and facilitating the training on the latest campaigns and initiatives by preparing training decks, conduct refresher course and assess their understanding.
Responsible for maintaining good rapport with partners and their workforce by engaging them on a regular basis, sharing on the latest campaigns and initiatives, and obtaining insights into the market trends and customer’s feedback.
Provide support to the business units initiatives and projects.
Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time as required by the Line Manager
