Requirements

• Proven Works: 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Ads Optimization, preferable in technology, blockchain sector.
• Deep experience in Paid Social and Ads Network: Have hands-on executional experiences in implementing Ads campaigns and Ads analytics across platforms.   
• Communication: Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English. Update in real-time with the team via online channels (Slack, Jira…).
• Continuous improvement mindset: Experience and eager to learn to optimize a variety of platforms with A/B testing and multivariate experiments. Monitor ads, learn insights and try different tactics to improve. Good analytical skills.
• Can-do attitude: Always communicate to ensure full understanding about:
  - Do the right things and Do things right: Follow the goals and directions correctly. Pay attention to details to finetune and optimize.
  - Result-oriented work: Give deadlines for every request and be able to proactively work systematically and meet deadlines.
  - Performance-based work: Always aim high and find solutions to achieve campaign goals.
