Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a full time Tech Lead, Software/Solution Architect or Head of Engineering (small company)
- 5+ years of hands on coding experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product development/project delivery
- Excellent understanding of iterative and incremental development.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Good English or French Communication
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree in relevant field (i.e. Technology, Information technology, Engineering etc.)
- 8+ years of software/web development experience
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (Management, Agile, Solution Architect etc.)
- Preferred: Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience implementing technical practices such as TDD, BDD, DevOps, Pair Programming.
- Phenomenal teammate with a forward-thinking mindset, ability and confidence to challenge the status quo.
